เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 19 ธันวาคม 2568 มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) นำโดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ดรุณี วัฒนศิริเวช รองอธิการบดี ให้การต้อนรับคณะจาก สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สป.อว.) นำคณะโดย รองศาสตราจารย์บัณฑิต ทิพากร ประธานอนุกรรมการเฉพาะกิจเพื่อบริหารโครงการผลิตบัณฑิตพันธ์ใหม่ฯ ที่ได้เดินทางมายังมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เพื่อตรวจเยี่ยมผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนของ 2 หลักสูตรที่เข้าร่วมโครงการผลิตบัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่ ณ ห้องประชุมดอยตุง อาคารวันชัย ศิริชนะ (AD1) มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง
ในช่วงต้น มหาวิทยาลัยแม่หลวงได้มีการนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานในภาพของมหาวิทยาลัยต่อคณะอนุกรรมการจาก สป.อว. ประกอบด้วยหัวข้อ ดังนี้
1.นโยบายผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยและการจัดหน่วยงานเพื่อรองรับโครงการผลิตบัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่
2.การปรับระบบนิเวศเพื่อรองรับการผลิตและพัฒนากำลังคนในรูปแบบบัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่ หรือรูปแบบใหม่ ๆ
3.ความร่วมมือของสถานประกอบการที่ร่วมจัดหลักสูตร
4.ความพึงพอใจของสถานประกอบการต่อผู้เรียนที่จบหลักสูตร
5.การขยายผลและการนำหลักสูตรแบบบัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่ไปใช้จริงในสถาบัน เพื่อให้ความต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน หากไม่ได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณในปีต่อไปแล้ว
จากนั้นเป็นการนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานของหลักสูตรที่เข้าร่วมโครงการในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 นำโดย นายชัยพงศ์ แกล้วกล้า หัวหน้าส่วนประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาและพัฒนาหลักสูตร มฟล. โดยเป็นผลการดำเนินงานทั้ง Output, Outcome และ Impact ของหลักสูตร จำนวน 2 หลักสูตร ประกอบด้วย 1. หลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและการพัฒนา AI สำหรับองค์กรสมัยใหม่ 2. หลักสูตรผู้เชี่ยวชาญการผลิตกาแฟคุณภาพสูง นอกจากนี้ยังจัดให้มีการสัมภาษณ์ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ทั้งผู้เรียนและผู้ประกอบการที่เข้าร่วมสนับสนุนในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของหลักสูตรดังกล่าว
หลังจากนั้น ทางมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้นำคณะผู้ตรวจเยี่ยมจาก สป.อว. เดินทางไปเยี่ยมชมการดำเนินงานของผู้ประกอบการที่ได้เข้าร่วมสนับสนุนโครงการ โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินกิจการจริง ณ ไร่กาแฟครอบครัวมะ บ้านปางขอน อ.แม่สรวย จ.เชียงราย โดยทางคณะอนุกรรมการได้ใช้โอกาสนี้สัมภาษณ์ผู้เรียน จากหลักสูตรผู้เชี่ยวชาญการผลิตกาแฟคุณภาพสูง รวมทั้งผู้ประกอบการ และได้ให้ข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะต่อการพัฒนาหลักสูตร เพื่อตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของผู้เรียนได้อย่างแท้จริงและยั่งยืนต่อไป

Mae Fah Luang University Welcomes MHESI Delegation for Review of "New Breed of Graduates" Programs.

On Friday, December 19, 2025, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), led by Associate Professor Dr. Darunee Wattanasiriwech, Vice President, welcomed a delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI). The delegation was headed by Associate Professor Bandit Thipakorn, Chair of the Special Subcommittee for the "New Breed of Graduates" Program.

The visit aims to review and assess the implementation and outcomes of two academic programs at MFU participating in the “New Breed of Graduates” initiative, an effort to develop industry-responsive curricula that are aligned with modern workforce needs. The meeting took place at the Doi Tung Meeting Room, Vanchai Sirichana Building, MFU.

During the meeting, MFU presented an overview of its institutional performance related to the program, covering the following key areas:
1. University leadership policies and organizational structures supporting the “New Breed of Graduates” initiative.
2. Adaptation of the educational ecosystem to support workforce development through innovative and alternative learning models.
3. Collaboration with industry partner in curriculum delivery.
4. Employer Satisfaction with graduates of the programs.
5. Program scalability and sustainability, including plans to integrate the “New Breed of Graduates” model into regular curricula to ensure continuity beyond external funding.

Following this, Mr. Chaipong Klaokla, Head of the Educational Quality Assurance and Curriculum Development Division, presented the performance outcomes of the two programs implemented in the 2025 fiscal year. The presentation highlighted program outputs, outcomes and impacts of the Digital Technology and AI Development for Modern Organizations program and the High-Quality Coffee Production Specialist program.

The evaluation process also included online interviews with current students and industry partners involved in supporting the programs, providing firsthand perspectives on the effectiveness of the curricula.

To observe the practical implementation of the program, the MHESI delegation visited Ma Coffee Family Farm, an industry partner located in Ban Pang Khon, Chiang Rai. This site serves as a hands-on learning venue for the High-Quality Coffee Production Specialist program.

During the visit, the committee interviewed students and entrepreneurs on-site and provided constructive feedback and recommendations to further enhance the curriculum, ensuring that it meets learners’ needs in a meaningful and sustainable manner.

This visit emphasizes MFU’s commitment to producing "New Breed Graduates" who are not only academically skilled but also ready to thrive in the real world and drive sustainable growth for the nation.
